Can I search for a specific product?

Yes. Use the Search Box at the top of the page or filter by Categories to find products easily.

How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  • Browse through categories like Clothing, Headwear, Bottoms, Kids, Accessories, and Lifestyles.
  • Select a product and click “Add to Cart.”
  • Go to the Cart icon to review your items.

Click “Place Order” and complete the checkout process.

Can I edit my cart before placing the order? 

Yes. You can update product quantities or add and remove items from your cart at any time before completing your order. 

What if an item goes out of stock during the checkout process?

If an item becomes unavailable before completing checkout, you’ll be unable to proceed with that item in your order. Please remove it from your cart to continue.

What information is needed during checkout?

At checkout, you’ll be asked for: 

  • Contact Information
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address
  • Payment Method

How do I apply a promo code?

You can enter a valid Promo Code in the promo code field on the Order Summary page before placing your order. You can also use one promo code at a time. 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, and then your order will be processed for shipment based on the provided addresses.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

Shipping details cannot be changed once the order is in production. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you before production begins.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Tracking number will be included. 

I didn’t receive an email confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If not found, ensure you entered the correct email during checkout. If the issue persists, contact us immediately. 

Can I reorder a previous order?

As of now, reorder functionality is not listed, but this can be supported in future phases. For now, you can manually re-add products to your cart.

Can I save items to purchase later?

Currently, the platform only supports a Cart for active purchases. A wishlist or “save for later” feature may be added in future updates.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and order details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
